📦 Processing Time

Many of my items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Custom orders may take slightly longer. - I pride myself in as quick a turn around as possible so you item may arrive sooner. If you do need your item quickly for any reason please email: noahandbea@gmail.com and I will see what I can arrange!

🚚 Shipping

I currently ship within the UK via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been posted. We are not responsible for postal delays, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes missing.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

📌 Product Care

Polymer clay and resin pieces are delicate – avoid bending, dropping, or exposing to water or harsh chemicals. Store items in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Your item will come with a care card which will include instructions on how to look after your items!
